Welcome to the American Dream
An alternative investment manager focused on the U.S. oil and gas industry
American Energy EB5 Overview
American Energy EB5 is sponsored by the Arkoma Companies, an active investor in the US energy industry for over 40 years. The first Arkoma entity was founded in 1983 to manage upstream oil and gas investments on behalf of institutional investors. For more than 20 years, the company’s primary focus has been generating investment opportunities derived from in-house technical due diligence in the Haynesville Shale located in North Louisiana.
For its latest project, Arkoma has formed an investment vehicle, American Energy EB5, to meet the requirements of the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program administered by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The project will qualify as a rural area project under the USCIS EB-5 program and investor funds will be used to participate in the development of new wells.

Strategic Investment in the Natural Gas Market
Arkoma and its industry partner, a Taiwanese Energy Firm, have leased private mineral rights and now have control of over 15,000 acres in North Louisiana.
The plan is to drill and complete wells targeting the Haynesville Shale formation, one of the lowest cost and lowest risk areas for producing natural gas within the US.
American Energy EB5 will be participating in drilling and completion of new wells with a minority interest alongside a proven operator and other industry partners. The relatively short period of time between the commencement of drilling and the receipt of operating revenue can dramatically accelerate repayment to investors.
